Joseph is a qualified advocate Tanzania. He holds LLB and Postgraduate Diploma in legal studies from Law School of Tanzania. He heads the Law Firm’s business set up and intellectual property rights’ department. Joseph trained with Hilton Law Group from 2015 to 2016 and thereafter was confirmed as an Associate. He has sharpened his skills in the areas of business establishment for clients from scratch up-to licensing and post compliance matters. He has an ardent experience in commercial law. He has supported the Firm to carry out various high level due diligence on target companies, defended claims arising from intellectual property rights. Joseph participated in Initial Public Offer of one of the telecom companies.

He is a good spirited attorney, analytical and has a very good command in drafting contracts and legal documents.
