Godfrey Mollel is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer currently serving as an associate at Hilton Law Group. He specializes in intellectual property and venture capital, with a focus on business setup, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and contract negotiation. Under the mentorship of senior advocates, he has gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, crowdfunding, venture capital, and telecommunications law.

Throughout his career, Godfrey has played a key role in several high-profile projects, including notifying mergers and acquisitions to the Fair Competition Commission (FCC), securing licenses from the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA), and assisting in the incorporation and licensing of multiple local and foreign companies. He has also contributed to legal research, drafting legal opinions on data protection laws, and handling trade and service mark registrations, as well as patent applications.

Godfrey holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. His professional training includes specialized courses in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Arbitration, as well as intellectual property law, with certifications from WIPO and KIPO.
